Summary- These guys are defensive. Their towers can be really powerful later on so use them. Also don't underestimate their navy or air force. Their air force is the largest in the game, and with amphibious vehicles and marines, they can launch a powerful beach assault. and don't forget their special forces. With Seals to back up your marines, Berets to assist your troops in wreaking havoc, and your spies to spy, their special forces can be menacing. Finally, the boot camp can be a life saver if you can expand the resources. There is nothing like a seal with bonus range because of target training, or a soldier that can atcually hit an opponent.
